We are delighted to see the growing interest that student organizations have in the law of new technologies and their openness to actively contribute to innovation in the legal field. Supporting initiatives that build dialogue and critical thinking is always an opportunity for us to learn and connect.<\/p>

Join us behind the scenes at the National Conference \u201cSmart Law: Integrating AI in Legal Systems,\u201d where our colleague Oana Lungu led a practical workshop on artificial intelligence and its impact on data protection.<\/p>

With a balanced mix of theory and real-world applications, Oana provided a clear overview of the current legislative framework (including the GDPR) and analyzed a case study showing how the law applies to a corporation using AI systems.<\/p>

The key takeaway?<\/b> No matter how quickly technology evolves, clarity must remain a constant goal. In the AI era, each of us has the responsibility to understand data collection processes and ensure clear traceability, whether within internal teams or with external providers.<\/p>
