Statistics show that approximately 90% of startups fail within the first five years, and some of these failures have legal causes. Clearly defining and delineating roles among partners, confidentiality and non-compete clauses, as well as protecting trademarks and intellectual property, are just a few essential aspects that any startup must consider from its early stages.
During the entrepreneurial bootcamp at define School, we aimed to provide young entrepreneurs with a clearer understanding of the legal challenges they might face at the beginning of their journey. We hope this knowledge will help them build a solid foundation for their future businesses.
